Nancy Spivey is the founder and president of Transformation Consultants, Inc.
She is a planner and visionary, who recognizes trends, embraces change and implements plans to create growth.
She is an expert at helping others grow professionally and personally; and her passion is to help others realize successes
that they have never even imagined possible.
Although she has a great deal of experience and many successes in the corporate world, Nancy is a true
entrepreneur. She grew up in a family of entrepreneurs and real estate investors. At the age of 13, she began working
in a family business and by the age of 16, she began to establish credit to invest in real estate. In college, she started
her first business and has started and managed numerous other successful businesses since.

She holds a B.S. in Business Management from the University of North Carolina and has obtained her professional

Federation. Her professional affiliations include the National Speakers Association, the International Coach Federation,
the International Association of Coaches, and the National Real Estate Investors Association, and the Georgia Real Estate
Investors Association, where she serves on the Board of Directors and as an instructor for the Institute of Education.
When she’s not transforming houses, businesses, or lives, you’ll find her enjoying
her garden, the ocean, a good book, or playing with her two dogs.
